Leasing Consultant/Admin
Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full time Leasing Agent/Admin Assistant for Victory Forest Apartments in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Victory Forest Apartments is a tax credit, senior, 180 unit affordable housing community.
The hours of work for this position would be 8:
30 am-5:
00 pm.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, can do attitude.
Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service.
2
years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required.
This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.

Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite Motivated and sales oriented Must have good communication skills and energetic personality Excellent written and verbal communication Tax credit housing experience is a plus Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Leasing (Contract Law) Microsoft Office Passionate Property Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
